Matt Joswick

Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Joswick worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James F. Nowicki, Macomb County Probate Court, Wills and Estates Division. Mr. Joswick also worked for the largest elder law firm in the state of Michigan prior to opening his own practice, where he specialized in elder law, probate administration, estate planning, and special needs planning.

 

Since opening his own practice in 2009, Mr. Joswick has expanded his area of practice to serve clients in estate planning, trust and estates litigation, trusts and estates administration, elder law, real estate and corporate transactions, and family law.

 

Mr. Joswick is a frequent lecturer and has spoken before a variety of public and private organizations, including GEMS Senior Group, Family Caregivers Support Group, Waterford Aging Network, Hillsdale County Senior Services Center, Peoples Community Church, Christ the Redeemer, Wyoming Avenue Church of Christ, various assisted living facilities, nursing home facilities and churches. His lectures are on the topics of elder law, Medicaid planning, probate, general estate planning and special needs planning.
